License Transfer & Nominee Succession Policy

Dslifestyle India Marketing Private Limited

Introduction

We believe a direct-selling business is built with time, effort and trust. This policy supports the family of an Independent Business Associate (IBA) in the unfortunate event of death by outlining the conditions under which the business license may be transferred to a registered nominee, subject to company approval.

1. Applicability

  • Applies to all registered IBAs, irrespective of rank
  • Transfer may be allowed only to the registered nominee as a goodwill gesture, not a legal entitlement
  • The company’s decision is final and binding

2. Eligibility Conditions

The nominee may be considered only if:

  • A nominee was registered during the IBA’s lifetime
  • The business account was active at the time of death
  • No serious compliance, ethics or fraud issues exist and no investigation is pending
  • The license was not repeatedly suspended
If no nominee is registered, the company is not obligated to transfer the business.

3. Intimation & Documentation

The nominee must inform the company within 90 days of death and provide:

  • Death certificate
  • Nominee’s identity & address proof
  • Bank details & photograph
  • Any additional document requested

4. Transfer Process

  • Account is temporarily blocked for verification
  • Upon successful verification an agreement is executed with the nominee
  • Account is mapped to the nominee; existing & future incentives continue subject to policy and performance

5. Limitations

  • License transfer is allowed only once per account; further transfer is prohibited
  • Benefits depend on business activity, performance and company plan
  • The nominee must comply with all company rules and ethical guidelines

6. Company Discretion

Dslifestyle India reserves the right to approve or reject any request, modify/suspend/withdraw benefits, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Principles

This policy is framed to support ethical direct selling, long-term independent business opportunity, financial continuity for families, and transparency & trust in the direct-selling ecosystem.
