1. Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our products and the efforts of our Independent Business Associates. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied, we offer a fair, transparent and practical resolution under this policy.
2. 30-Day Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days from the order date if:
- The product is original and unaltered
- It has not been misused or damaged
- You provide valid proof of purchase
Service charges, GST and shipping costs will be deducted; only the net amount is refunded. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
3. Exchange / Credit Policy (31-90 Days)
Between 31 and 90 days from the order date no cash refund is available. You may request an exchange or store credit, subject to product condition and availability.
4. Products Covered
This policy applies only to original, unaltered products bought through authorized channels or Independent Business Associates. It does NOT apply to promotional/free items or products damaged by misuse or negligence.
5. Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects are handled separately under the Limited Warranty Policy.
6. How to Request Return, Refund or Exchange
- Contact the Independent Business Associate who sold you the product
- Provide valid proof of purchase and return the product in clean condition
- If the Associate is unavailable, contact our customer-support team for help
7. Print, Color & Design Disclaimer
Exact replacement of the same print, color or design cannot be guaranteed due to limited designs and natural variations.
8. Policy Limitations
This policy applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, subject to inspection and company discretion, and does not guarantee cash refunds beyond the stated conditions.

We may modify this policy at any time; the latest version on official channels will apply.
