Code of Conduct for Independent Business Associates (IBA)

Introduction: We expect every IBA to conduct business with honesty, fairness, transparency and integrity. This Code defines the ethical and professional standards you must follow while representing the Company, its products and its direct-selling opportunity. Violations may lead to disciplinary action.
1. General Conduct
- Act lawfully, ethically and professionally at all times
- Protect the reputation, goodwill and credibility of the Company
- Follow all policies, procedures and guidelines issued by the Company
2. Dealing with the Public
- Respect privacy, dignity and individual wishes
- Contact people only at appropriate times and carry valid ID
- Avoid aggressive, abusive, misleading or deceptive behaviour
- Never force, threaten or pressure anyone to buy or join
3. Presentation of Business Opportunity
- Present the opportunity truthfully without exaggeration
- Clearly state that income depends on effort, skill and consistency
- Never guarantee income, profits or success
- Use only Company-approved presentations and materials
4. Product Representation
- Promote products honestly and accurately
- Make claims only as stated in official Company literature
- Do not make false, medical or guaranteed-benefit claims
- Do not misrepresent price, quality or usage
5. Ethical Business Practices
- Never exploit vulnerability, age, illness or language barriers
- Do not engage in unfair trade practices or unlawful activities
- Do not hide your identity or association with the Company
6. No Poaching or Cross-Lining
Do not induce another IBA to change sponsorship or interfere with anyone’s business structure or downline.
7. Use of Company Name, Logo & IP
- Use trademarks, logos and materials only with written authorization
- Do not create websites, pages or ads using Company name/logo without approval
- Do not present yourself as an employee, agent or official representative
8. Independent Business Status
- IBAs are independent owners, not employees, agents or representatives
- All expenses, responsibilities and liabilities remain with the IBA
9. Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality of Company information, data and strategies; do not misuse or disclose them for personal or competitive advantage.
10. Compliance & Responsibility
- Understand and comply with all Company policies
- Ensure your downline follows ethical and lawful practices
- Stay informed about applicable direct-selling laws
11. Complaints & Disciplinary Action
Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, termination, withholding of incentives or legal action. Report complaints through official Company channels.
12. Company Discretion
Dslifestyle India may interpret, amend or update this Code at any time and make final, binding decisions regarding enforcement.
13. Purpose of This Code
To promote ethical direct-selling practices, consumer protection, long-term business opportunity, and trust, discipline and professionalism within the network.
