No purchase or payment required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
1. Eligibility
- Open to residents of India aged 18 or older
- Employees, consultants and immediate family of Dslifestyle India are not eligible
- Void where prohibited by law
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating you agree to these Rules and confirm eligibility. All decisions by Dslifestyle India are final and binding.
3. How to Enter
- Submit name, email and/or phone as requested for each Giveaway
- Complete the specified entry method
- One entry per person per Giveaway; incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified
4. Giveaway Period
Start and end dates will be announced for each Giveaway. Late entries are not accepted.
5. Prizes
- Prize details announced with each Giveaway
- Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, no cash alternative
- Winner pays any related taxes or expenses
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are selected randomly and notified by email, phone or official channels. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time an alternate winner may be chosen.
7. Odds of Winning
Depend on the number of valid entries received.
8. Publicity Rights
Winners grant Dslifestyle India the right to use their name, photo and testimonial for promotional purposes without extra compensation unless prohibited by law.
9. Fair Play & Disqualification
We may disqualify anyone who uses multiple entries, attempts fraud or automation, or violates these Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or prize acceptance.
11. Privacy
Entry information is used per our Privacy Policy and may be used to communicate about direct-selling opportunities.
12. Governing Law
Indian laws apply; disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
